Wias Issa is the CEO of Ubiq, where he is responsible for making sure the organization stays focused on its mission of enabling developers to easily and quickly integrate encryption directly into their applications. He has more than 19 years of experience in the security space, including extensive experience driving revenue growth and scaling organizations across the globe. Prior to Ubiq, Wias was GM and VP of Dell SonicWall’s business in APJ. Prior to that, Wias had dual responsibility serving as President and Country Manager, Japan and Senior Director of Managed Services, APJ at FireEye, where he was responsible for running all country operations in Japan while also managing the managed services business in the region. Prior to FireEye, Wias was Director of Mandiant’s Managed Defense service in the Americas. Prior to that, Wias led worldwide service delivery of Symantec’s Security Management services.

We launched GovDevSecOpsHub to focus on the next evolution of application development, DevSecOps, which brings cybersecurity teams and tools into the development process sooner so that applications are more secure and safeguarded against cyber threats.
